You can now download ConfigMgr 2303 baseline media from Microsoft Evaluation Center. The SCCM 2303 update is now globally available for everyone.
The EnableEarlyUpdateRing 2303 script to enable fast ring for 2303 update package in Configuration Manager is no more required. The Configuration Manager 2303 update should be available in Updates and Servicing node of console for everyone. Make sure to run check for updates in case you don’t find the 2303 update.
For those of you who wish to deploy the Configuration Manager to your new site, you can use the 2303 baseline media for that. Any new hotfixes for SCCM 2303 will be listed in the console after installing the baseline version.

Note: The SCCM 2303 baseline media should be available for both VLSC and MSDN customers. If you already have the Configuration Manager product key, you can download eval copy and activate the product. If you wish to download it from VLSC, you can do that as well.
How to Download ConfigMgr 2303 Baseline Media
To download ConfigMgr 2303 baseline media, visit Microsoft eval-center. Or click this link that will take you to directly to downloads section. We see the available edition is Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Current Branch) | 32-bit and 64-bit.
To download the SCCM 2303 baseline media, click Download the EXE. In the next step, you’ll asked some basic questions such as Name, Phone number, the company you work for etc. Fill in all those details and click on the Download now button.
On the Configuration Manager current branch download page, download the version 2303 media.
Note: You may see the “version 2203” as a label for download but clicking this link downloads the 2303 baseline version. The label hasn’t been updated by Microsoft. I will be submitting the feedback soon.
Save the MCM_Configmgr_2303 (file size: 771 MB) baseline media to your computer. Once the download is complete, you can either double-click this file or manually extract it to a folder using winrar or 7zip. You can then use the setup file to begin the Configuration Manager installation.
