The SCCM 1902 baseline media is now available for download. In addition to that SCCM 1902 update is now globally available to all customers. The script to enable the first wave is no longer necessary now.
Initially the update 1902 for SCCM current branch was made available as an in-console update. However you should now see the update 1902 in Updates and Servicing node of SCCM console.
There are three ways to download a SCCM baseline installation media. You can choose any of the methods to get the SCCM 1902 baseline media.
To apply SCCM 1902 update, your site must be on version 1802, 1806, or 1810. Just remember that you install update 1902 starting at the top-level site of your hierarchy. Start the installation from your central administration site or from your stand-alone primary site. Using the SCCM 1902 baseline media, you can install a new site in a new hierarchy.
Note: The version 1902 baseline media will be made available for VLSC and MSDN customers soon. Currently you can download SCCM 1902 from Microsoft EvalCenter. If you already have the SCCM product key, you can download eval copy and activate the product. If you wish to download it from VLSC, then you may have to wait for few more days.

To download SCCM 1902 baseline media, visit Microsoft eval-center. Or click this link that will take you to directly to downloads.
Under downloads section, look for System Center Configuration Manager and Endpoint Protection (current branch – version 1902). Note that this is an evaluation version which means you can use it for 180 days. After 180 days, the product expires and you have to activate the product to use it.
To download the version 1902 baseline media, you need to fill up some details first. Enter all details (all of them are mandatory). Click Continue.
Next, click Download button. You get the download file named SC_Configmgr_SCEP_1902.exe. You can either double-click this file or manually extract it to a folder using winrar or 7zip.
